Frequently asked questions

What does Sumprove do?

Sumprove is a web design and development agency for B2B companies. We build custom marketing websites and web apps and take care of your entire web presence, from strategy to support after launch.

Who do you work with?

Mostly B2B SaaS companies, along with finance, legal, real estate, and architecture firms. Our clients are in the United States, Canada, Europe, and Africa.

What does working with you look like?

We start by learning how your business works and what your website needs to do. You get a clear plan with defined milestones, so you always know what's done, what's next, and when you launch.

What makes Sumprove different from other agencies?

We take the time to fully understand your business, then build a complete strategy and a custom website around your needs and the way you work. Everything we create is built to show buyers why they should choose you.

How do I get started?

Book a strategy session. The first step is a free discovery call, where we talk about your goals and timeline and show you how we'd approach your project.

Pricing FAQ

Pricing FAQ

Why do projects start at $10,000?

That number reflects real work: a custom strategy, design, and website build made specifically for your business, not a template with your logo dropped on top. It is an in-depth site, not just something thrown together by AI.

What's included in the price?

Strategy, design, web development, technical SEO, and a dedicated team walking with you from the first call to launch. The exact scope shifts depending on which package fits your business, but nothing is ever an afterthought.

Is anything not included in the starting price?

The starting price covers a clearly defined scope. If your project needs a bigger CMS structure, extra integrations, or more rounds of revisions, we scope and price that upfront on your discovery call.

Do you offer fixed packages or custom quotes?

We work from three clear starting points, Marketing Website, Web Application, and Retainer, and shape the exact scope and price together during your discovery call, based on what you and your business actually need.

How long does a project take?

Most Marketing Website projects wrap up in four to eight weeks. Web Applications move at their own pace depending on complexity, and we'll give you a realistic timeline once we understand the scope.

Can I start with a project and move to a Retainer later?

Yes, and most of our long-term clients do exactly that. They start with a Marketing Website or Web Application, and once it's live, they move into a monthly Retainer to keep it growing.

Which markets do you work with?

We work with clients in the United States, Canada, Europe, and Africa. The prices on our site are in USD, and we can quote and invoice your project in USD or EUR, whichever is easier for you.

Services FAQ

Services FAQ

Do I need all five services, or can I pick just one?

Most clients come to us with one clear need, usually a Marketing Website or Web Application, and add Strategy, AI & Automation, or a Retainer later as things grow. Nothing gets bundled just because it's on the menu.

What's the difference between Web Design and Web Development?

Web Design shapes how your site looks and how people move through it. Web Development is built underneath, the part that makes that design actually work in the real world and makes sure every scroll and pixel works properly.

Do you offer Strategy as a standalone service, or only with a website?

Strategy runs through everything we build, so we don't offer it as a separate, disconnected service. It only does its job when it directly shapes the design and development that follow.

What happens after my website launches?

That's where Support and Growth comes in. The same team that built your site sticks around to maintain it, update it, and keep improving it, so launch day isn't the finish line.

Can I get AI & Automation without a full website project?

Yes. If your team is stuck doing something manually that shouldn't be, we can map and automate that process on its own.

Not sure which service you need?

That's completely normal, and it's what the discovery call is for. We look at where your business is and where it's actually losing time or clients, then point you toward the service that solves that, not whichever one is easiest for us to sell.

Migrations FAQ

Migrations FAQ

Will I lose my SEO rankings during the migration?

Not if it's done properly. We map every URL, redirect, and piece of metadata before touching anything, so your rankings carry over instead of resetting to zero.

Will my website go down while you migrate it?

No. We build and test everything on Webflow first, and only switch your domain over once we've confirmed it works exactly as it should. Visitors never see a broken site or a blank page in between.

What platforms do you migrate from?

Most often WordPress, Squarespace, and Wix, but we've moved sites from just about anywhere. If your current platform is holding your business back, we can get it onto Webflow.

How long does a migration take?

It depends on how much content and how many integrations your current site has, but most migrations take four to six weeks from audit to launch.

Will all my content transfer over?

Yes, everything that matters. We audit your existing site first, so nothing important gets lost, and outdated or unused content gets cleaned up along the way instead of dragged over by default.

Do you just move my site, or improve it while you're at it?

That's entirely up to you. Some clients want their existing site moved over exactly as it is, just faster and more reliable on Webflow. Others use the migration as a chance to fix what wasn't working. Either way, we scope it around what you actually want, not what we assume you need.
