This Privacy Policy explains how Sumprove ("we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit sumprove.com or contact us through the website. We process personal data in line with the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who is responsible for your data

What data we collect
- Contact form: your full name, email address, company name, website and message.
- Free website audit form: your name, email address, company name and website.
- Newsletter form: your name and email address.
- Calls and emails: any information you choose to share with us about your business and your project.
- Technical data: when you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically processes your IP address, browser type and device type.
- Usage data: if you accept cookies, Google Analytics collects information about how you use the site, such as the pages you visit, how long you stay and your approximate location.
How and why we use your data
- To reply to your inquiry, schedule a call and prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps you asked us to take before entering into a contract.
- To send you the results of your website audit and let you know when the audit tool launches. Legal basis: your consent.
- To send you our newsletter. Legal basis: your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To deliver the website and keep it secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a safe, working website.
- To understand how visitors use the site and improve it.* Legal basis: your consent through the cookie banner.
Providing your data is voluntary, but without your name and email address we can't reply to you, send your audit results or send you the newsletter. We don't sell your data.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. We use cookies only for Google Analytics, and only if you click "Accept all" in the cookie banner. If you click "Reject all", no analytics cookies are set.
Google Analytics sets two cookies, _ga and _ga_MJ59W5DQM7. They tell visitors apart and keep track of sessions, and they expire after 2 years. To change your choice, clear the site data for sumprove.com in your browser settings, and the banner will appear again.
Who we share your data with
We share data only with the service providers that help us run the website:
- Webflow, which hosts the website and stores form submissions
- Google, which provides Google Analytics
- Cloudflare, which protects our forms from spam and bots
These providers process data only on our behalf. They may store data on servers in the United States, under the data protection safeguards the law requires.
How long we keep your data
We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it for:
- Inquiries and audit requests: while we are in contact about a possible project, and after that only as long as the law requires
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe
- Google Analytics data: 14 months
How we protect your data
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, and only the people who need it for their work can access it.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access the data we hold about you and get a copy of it
- ask us to correct data that is wrong or incomplete
- ask us to delete your data
- ask us to limit how we use your data, or object to it
- receive your data in a common, machine-readable format
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what we did before

If you think we've handled your data the wrong way, you can file a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection in Serbia, or with the data protection authority in your country.
