They were selling something people didn't know to search for.
ARK of Sweden brought a product to Serbia that most people here had never seen, on a WordPress site that had almost stopped selling. Four weeks after kickoff they had a refreshed brand and a Shopify store built around the questions people type, not a name nobody knew yet.

Where they were
ARK of Sweden makes drops you take under the tongue, sold for energy, focus and breathing. The brand was born in Sweden and had just come to Serbia.
The Serbian store ran on WordPress, and sales had all but stopped. It didn't look like the brand people knew from Sweden either. And nobody here was typing "ARK Drops" into Google, because nobody had heard the name.

What we did
We refreshed the brand, moved the store to Shopify, and built it around the questions instead of the name.
We kept ARK's logo, sharpened the brand, and turned it into a visual identity for the Serbian store. It still looks like ARK of Sweden, made for a market meeting it for the first time.
Someone who needs what ARK does starts somewhere else. They search for how to breathe deeper, how to get energy without coffee, what MCT oil is. So the site answers those first. There are articles on MCT versus coconut oil and on everyday stress, an FAQ for what people ask before a first order, and four breathing rituals for morning, focus, stress and sleep.
Every order also goes back to Meta, from the browser and from the server, so ad spend is measured against real purchases instead of clicks.

What we built
What changed

Our Serbian store didn’t look like ARK of Sweden, and it barely sold. Sumprove rebuilt the brand identity and the store, so we finally look as serious online as we are. Customers trust us more, our conversion rate more than doubled, and they’re still our partner today.
