They needed a place where buyers could actually find them.
Attico sold real estate through listing portals and a Telegram group, on pages they did not control. Now they run their own catalog in three languages, and nobody has to call us to change a price.

Where they were
Attico Group is a real estate agency in Novi Sad. Before us they had no website.
Their listings sat on portals like 4zida and in a Telegram group, on pages someone else owned, next to their competitors. Much of their business comes from Russian-speaking buyers moving to Serbia. Those people research for months before they call anyone, and there was nothing of Attico's for them to find.

What we did
We built them a catalog they run themselves.
Every listing is a CMS entry with price, size, rooms, floor, location and ID. Milan changes a price once and it changes everywhere. Buyers filter by transaction type, property type, rooms, price range and size, then switch between a list and a map.
The site runs in three languages and the map is localized too, so a Russian-speaking buyer gets the same thing everyone else gets. We also wrote a blog and FAQ around what foreign buyers look up before they call: residence permits, taxes, what a non-citizen is allowed to buy.

What we built
A buyer can now find a property, compare it with others, read up on buying in Serbia, and contact Attico directly, all in their own language. Here's what's on the site:
What changed

Before Sumprove, every inquiry came through someone else’s platform. They took time to understand our buyers and built a site in three languages around them. Now people find us directly, and years later, they’re still the first team I call about anything on the site.
