Referrals were landing on somebody else's website.
Law Office Radovanov had fifteen years of practice and no website at all. Four weeks after kickoff they had a site in three languages, and today the office is the first result for his own name.

Where they were
Law Office Radovanov has defended clients in economic and corporate crime cases since 2009, and Milenko Radovanov has fifteen years of practice behind him. He had no website.
Search his name and you would find pages other people had built, with his details typed in by strangers. Nothing on that first page belonged to him.
That is a real problem in law. Most clients arrive through a referral, and most referrals end the same way. Someone hears the name and types it into Google before they call.

What we did
We built the office its own page, and made sure it was the one people land on.
The site runs in Serbian, English and German, and covers nine practice areas, including white-collar defense, tax and administrative proceedings. It says what the office does in plain language instead of legal formality.
The Criminal Code of Serbia sits behind a short form. Someone with a legal problem gets something useful before they are ready to call, and the office gets a name and an email instead of an anonymous visit. The PDF goes out and the contact gets filed without anyone doing it by hand.
The hero is a 3D scene we designed and animated, not stock photography.

What changed

Most of my clients come through referrals, and before they call, they search my name. They used to find pages other people had built about me. Sumprove understood that from the first meeting. Now our own site comes up first, and they’re the team I rely on for anything online.
